Ferrellgas at 2092 Water Street, Ovid, New York.

We either run out of propane or have to call them to have it filled when we notice it is low Evey year despite being on the keep full program! We have run out 2 different years and they don't rush out to get you propane and act as though it is a major inconvenience to THEM!! You have to really argue to even get them out that day to deliver. This time we asked if we needed to be home for them to restart the furnace etc....We were told no so I came home to my house smelling like propane and still freezing!! Called and they said we will "see if we can get a driver out there today to turn it on" only when I said this is an EMERGENCY considering I smell gas in my house and you will send someone ASAP did they say they would send someone. Waiting for them now so we will see how long this takes!
